WHO KNOWS WHAT.

Bosrina may receive and store the following from a nomination and its payment:

• nominee name
• nomination reason
• optional nominator name
• content-rules acceptance and timestamp
• payment status
• amount paid
• Stripe Checkout Session ID
• Stripe Payment Intent ID
• registry number
• certification timestamp
• necessary server and security logs

When a nomination is certified, the following may become public:

• nominee name
• reason
• registry number
• certification date

The optional nominator name is not displayed on the public registry under the current product implementation.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Bosrina does not receive or store your card number, CVC or card expiry through its application.

Bosrina does retain Stripe identifiers and payment status needed to reconcile the purchase.

Data is used at a high level to:

• process nominations
• process and verify payments
• create and display registry records
• generate certificates
• prevent abuse
• investigate reports
• operate and security-monitor the service

Public Bosrina records can be shared using permanent URLs.

Bosrina uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and conversion behaviour.

Bosrina does not intentionally send nominee names, nomination reasons, nominator names, registry numbers or payment identifiers to Google Analytics.

Stripe operates its Checkout service separately, with its own website and cookie practices.

Records and related operational data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the registry, reconcile transactions, handle reports, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations.
